*** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ***
Virtual Hearings Is Here!

On March 4, 2024, the UI Appeal Board changed how it conducts hearings. Claimants, employers, and representatives are now able to attend hearings using a computer or mobile device from anywhere through the Webex application. It’s imperative that you download the Webex application prior to you hearing date. You may download the application here. Failure to download the Webex application in advance could prevent you from joining your hearing. Those who do not have access to the internet will still be able to attend a virtual hearing by phone.

Visit www.uiappeals.ny.gov/virtual-hearings to learn how to prepare for a virtual hearing.

Please note: Apple iPhone, iPad, or Mac computer users must use the Safari browser. Google Chrome will not work when launching the Webex application.
