    *Note to UI Claimants: If you are interested in training, please schedule an appointment with a staff person at the One-Stop Center most convenient to you. Staff will work with you to determine your training needs. If it is determined that you are in need of training, staff will assist you in developing a training program and with the 599 application filing process. If you are already enrolled in full-time training, you are required to submit a 599 Training Application. You can obtain a copy of the 599 Training Application and assistance with filing your application at the One-Stop Center most convenient to you. If you choose to download a copy of the Training Application (OS44) form from this web site, you will need to bring the completed application to your nearest One-Stop Center. Thank you.
