The Public Employee Safety and
Health (PESH) Bureau has been in business for over 20 years performing a vital
service for the public employer workplace. Annually, PESH prepares a
listing of the Top 10 Public Sector violations that were issued by OSHA
Standard. This information can be
used pro-actively by public sector employers to achieve an even
safer workplace. The most common violations found include the conduct of
assessments for personal protective equipment, having a lock/out tag/out
