Division of Safety and Health
The Division of Safety and Health (DOSH) is one of three divisions within the Worker Protection Bureau. We make keeping New York’s workforce safe our number one priority. The DOSH umbrella of protection includes 10 Programs and a Licensing and Certification Unit. We offer safety and health information and assistance to employers and employees.
