Important Info Regarding "Request  for Dispensation" PW30

When submitting a "Request for Dispensation to Work Overtime" (PW30) the contractor not only completes and signs the form, but must have it signed by a representative of the Department of Jurisdiction (Contracting Agency).  Once this is done, it can be submitted to the NYSDOL Bureau of Public Work for review.

Failure to have the Department of Jurisdiction (Contracting Agency) complete and sign its portion of the PW30 will delay the Bureau of Public Work's possible approval.
