New York's Agricultural Outreach Plan
New York's annual Agricultural Outreach Plan for the 2012-2013 Program Year is being finalized for submission to the U.S. Department of Labor. The final submission will be posted on this site soon.
The outreach program seeks to locate and contact migrant and seasonal farm workers who are not reached by typical intake activities at local One-Stop offices.
