Notice of Order Taking Action on Fast Food Wage Board Report
On September 10, 2015, Acting Commissioner of Labor Mario J. Musolino issued an Order taking action upon the Report and Recommendations of the Fast Food Wage Board. The Order is available online.
On January 29, 2015, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo signed a bill requiring that assessors and contractors in the mold remediation industry and their workers are properly trained and licensed.
